NEC Contracts are introducing new modular workshops for 2008. These new events are designed to help users of the NEC3 suite of contracts
develop the necessary skill set to deliver projects on time and budget. The two workshops are running in morning, afternoon or all day options and we offer extra discounts for members of our supporting organisations.
Module 1 covers Risk Management and the NEC and is aimed at those who are familiar with the NEC3 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC), which encourages Parties to be proactive and cooperate to manage the risk
on a project. This workshop will explain how to do this before and during the construction phase.
Module 2 covers Early Warnings and Compensation Events, two of the most vital parts of the NEC3. This workshop is aimed at those that are familiar with NEC contracts and will focus on how these two processes link up to form powerful project management tools.
All our workshops can be attended in half or full day sessions, with discounts for the latter plus a further 10% discount if you belong to one of our supporting organisations listed above, all attendees will receive a free copy of the ECC:

Either of the two modules is charged at £80 per delegate. There is a discounted rate of £130 for those that attend both modules on the same day.
Members of our supporting organisation's (RICS, ICE, CIOB or ICES) get an additional 10% discount, simply add your membership number in the appropriate place on the booking form.
All attendees will receive a free copy of the NEC3 Engineering and Construction contract worth £30.
